Our Sessions

Lolu has evolved from hosting outdoor practices to collaborating on events across Nashville, connecting people on their wellness journeys. We are excited to elevate our offerings to a new level, with a brick-and-mortar location in the heart of East Nashville.

Join our sanctuary of communal care, featuring a 40-person sauna, a 20-person cold tub room, a relaxing lounge area, a coffee shop, an outdoor space, and more.

Free Flow Sessions

Drop in throughout the day and use the space as you wish. A 60-minute session offers the opportunity for multiple contrast therapy rounds in the sauna and cold plunge rooms, as well as time in the lounge area to hydrate with water or a cup of tea and connect with others. Experience the ambiance of a modern bathhouse!

A true Lolu experience! Our certified guides will lead a group of up to 35 people through intentionally designed breath work protocols within the sauna and cold plunge rooms.

The Practice

Cold Plunge

A natural way to trigger the production of norepinephrine, the neurotransmitter that helps you regulate attention, focus and energy. Maintained at temperatures range of 40-50 degrees.

Sauna

Relax and unwind in our traditional Finnish dry sauna, heated to a range of 180–190 degrees.

Breathwork

Breath work steadies the mind during the sauna and prepares the body for the cold plunge by increasing circulation throughout the body. It leads you through a moving meditation as you travel through each of the elements in the space.

We only have one VIP room, so book this in advance!

What to Expect

Before

First, come with an open mind. Come hydrated! Check your session description of your session for any other details. We’ll provide the towels, but don’t forget your water vessel and your preferred swimsuit.

During

We will teach you how to control your breath, practice presence, and strengthen your mental resilience. Lolu’s team of certified teachers are here to guide you through this experience every step of the way.

After

Celebrate YOU for overcoming the elements of your environment and empowering your whole body. Feel free to relax and linger, have a cup of tea and meet your neighbors, or take an extra sauna or plunge. Oh, and keep hydrating :)

a natural way to feel better and improve health. Our Community plunge is basically a pool - a really cold pool, maintained at an average of 40 degrees.

Relax and reduce stress in our western red cedar sauna, which ranges from 140-170 degrees, with an average humidity of 10%. Our location uniquely offers a Community Sauna, which hosts up to 50 people, or reserve our private sauna for solo sessions.
