Relax and reduce stress in our western red cedar sauna, which ranges from 140-170 degrees, with an average humidity of 10%. Our location uniquely offers a Community Sauna, which hosts up to 50 people, or reserve our private saunas for solo sessions.

Breathe work steadies the mind during the sauna and prepares the body for the cold plunge by increasing circulation throughout the body. Your breathe will lead you through a moving meditation as you travel through each of the elements in the space.

What to Expect

Before

First, come with an open mind. Come hydrated! Check your session description of your session for any other details. We’ll provide the towels, but don’t forget your water vessel and your preferred swimsuit.

During

We will teach you how to control your breath, practice presence, and strengthen your mental resilience. Lolu’s team of certified teachers are here to guide you through this experience every step of the way.

After

Celebrate YOU for overcoming the elements of your environment and empowering your whole body. Feel free to relax and linger, have a cup of tea and meet your neighbors, or take an extra sauna or plunge. Oh, and keep hydrating :)

What began with two friends and DIY ice tubs in a backyard quickly grew to weekly sold-out events

Rain or shine, Nashvillians gathered on weekend mornings to practice breath work and plunge into cold water, together. 500+ have joined the community over the past year.
